Follow the steps below to exclude the product from Klevu search results.
- Log in to BigCommerce Admin
- Go to Products
- Click on the name of the product that you want to exclude from Klevu Search Results
- In Custom Fields, add a new field with the name “exclude_in_klevu_search”
- If you want to exclude products from a certain channel, then append channel id like exclude_in_klevu_search_1xxxxx in the custom field.
(Note: any value can be used in the Custom Field Value) - Click on Save
- Go to Apps → Klevu Search → Go To Klevu Merchant Center
- Go to Catalog Sync → On-demand Sync

If you have a large number of specific products or specific variants, then you can share a CSV file consisting of the IDs to be excluded.
