By default, Klevu uses the Shopify generated medium-sized product images for search. If you want Klevu to use a different size for images, please specify the appropriate dimensions in the width x height format (e.g. 600x400).
To resize the image follow the steps below:
- In Shopify Admin, Go to Apps → Klevu Search → Settings → Image Dimensions
- Please specify the appropriate dimensions in the width x height format (e.g. 600x400)
- Click on the Save button
- Synchronize the products by following the steps below
- Go to Klevu Merchant Center → Catalog Sync → On-demand Sync
- Click on Sync Now button
- Go to Klevu Merchant Center → Catalog Sync → On-demand Sync
