If you have installed Klevu on BigCommerce via a custom integration, you will be able to log in to the Klevu Merchant Centre via https://box.klevu.com. If, however you installed Klevu using our App then the KMC is built right into your BigCommerce Admin Panel.

Log into BigCommerce and navigate to Apps > Klevu Search to find the KMC.
