After enabling multi-currency support in Klevu, currency prices don’t match BigCommerce

BigCommerce has a feature where the currency exchange rate can be automatically updated every 4 hours. After this time, and before Klevu has synchronized your data, there can be a period of time where the currency-specific prices we have indexed are with a different conversion rate to the one in your BigCommerce store.

How to resolve this issue?

  • Change your currency rates to static and manually update them.
  • Run on-demand sync whenever your currency rates change. bc-ondemand-sync
